Agent Performance Monitoring

The UK Border Agency requires agents to be monitored. This means that Colleges now have the additional burden of maintaining accurate records of both sponsored students and agents.

The CaptureIT Student Attendance Monitoring System records against each student the agent who placed them. This enables you to monitor, and subsequently report on, the performance of agents in respect of items such as non-registration, student absence rates and uncompleted courses.

CaptureIT collates data to provide the necessary reports either automatically or on demand, to comply with UKBA Tier 4 HTS legislation.

The system records and reports on;

 > Agents name and / or ID

> Date of Initial Registration

> Date of 2nd Registration

> Date of 3rd Registration

> Visa expiry date

> Passport expiry date

> CAS number (14 alpha-numeric)

> Date attendance of first lecture

> Return flight date

> Date annual fees are due
