Course Plans

You can create up to 999 sets of weekly course times.  Each day of the week has its own start and finish times which can vary. You have the option of including a lunch break, which can be entered manually by the student at the clocking terminal or automatically by the software.

The course planner is used to then schedule the various weekly course times into a set of planned attendance times for a given period such as a term. It can also include events such as examination weeks, and non-term time. Whilst most weeks will feature a consistent set of times, you have full flexibility to use any set of times as part of the schedule.
