Fire Register, Duty of Care and Employer Liability

Your College has a 'duty of care' to ensure, as far as possible, the health, safety and welfare of your students and staff whilst they are at your premises. CaptureIT can assist with this by automatically providing you with exceptions to normal attendance behaviour and changes within their individual attendance patterns, such as, sickness, arriving late etc.

CaptureIT also has an in-built ‘Fire List’ to help you comply with your ‘Employer Liability’ requirements. The fire list shows all persons currently on-site including visitors.

The fire register can either be sent to a designated printer (hardcopy) or emailed to your iPhone / Blackberry / iPad etc. Once you have the emailed list on your phone you can tick a box next to each student, member of staff and visitor to confirm you have seen them so that you know who is not accounted for.
